Shipping Information

At HydraHub, we are committed to ensuring that your shopping experience is seamless and efficient. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand the options available for receiving your purchases.

UK Next Day Delivery

UK Next Day Delivery is available for all orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) on weekdays (Monday to Friday). Most orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day. 

This service applies to orders within mainland UK. 

Orders to the Highlands & Islands will be received in 48hrs. 

We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for your order. Any shipping or transit times provided by this site or other sources should be considered estimates only. To avoid delays due to shipping or product availability, we recommend placing your order in advance.

For orders with multiple products, we will make every effort to ship all items together. If any products are unavailable at the time of shipping, they will be sent as they become available, unless you instruct us otherwise. You will only be charged for the items included in each shipment, along with any applicable shipping fees. Shipping charges will be applied at the rate quoted on your purchase receipt, with the full shipping cost being charged with the first shipment in a multi-shipment order.

Shipping Costs

Free Next Day Delivery is available for orders with a total basket value of £75 or more (excluding Highlands & Islands). 

For orders under £75, Next Day Delivery is available at a standard shipping rate of £8  (excluding Highlands & Islands). 

For orders to the following postcodes, a charge of £21.99 will be applied to all orders, AB, FK, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE, and orders will be delivered within 48hrs.

For orders to the following postcodes, a charge of £29.99 will be applied to all orders, BT, IM, TR, and orders will be delivered within 48hrs.

Delivery Timing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) on weekdays will be delivered the following working day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed on the next business day and delivered the following working day.

Exceptions

Please note that next-day delivery may not be available on public holidays or during extreme weather conditions that could affect courier services.

Returns

At HydraHub, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. 

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on any water products once they have been delivered. This includes bottled water or any other consumable water products.

Water Coolers

Unopened and Unused Water Coolers: If you change your mind, you may return your water cooler provided it is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt.  

Faulty Water Coolers: If your water cooler is faulty or develops a defect within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a return or replacement.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs for water coolers are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service to ensure the safe return of your items. If your product arrived faulty,  within 14 days of delivery, we will honour the shipping costs.

Refunds and Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our returns criteria (unused and in original packaging, or faulty). Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 14 working days of receipt.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or card issuer.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or if you believe your product is faulty, please contact our customer service team on 0344 800 3344. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return the product.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns for water coolers that have been used, show signs of damage, or are not in their original packaging, unless they are faulty.
